a separate, bright, cozy, furnished room to spare. this room to rent has access to a nice Ikea kitchenette, a large nice bathroom with a bathtub. very clean. above all it's located in a very safe area next to Cemeterie du Ixelles, between VUB and ULB, close to public transport but on a quiet street! I am looking for someone quiet, considerate and tidy preferably female for atleast six months. room size is approx 15sq m. the rent is 495 euros including all charges plus wifi. you just have to move in and pay just the stipulated amount, no extras. if you fit the bill, you can move over the weekend of 7th oct. but the place as my flatmate just moved out, needs cleaning before moving in which I hope to do this weekend. I will need two month's security deposit.
