I am looking for drama free, easy going, responsible, clean, non-smoking, no-drugs roommate.It's a single room in a single family house. The house is located in a gated community. The community has pool, fitness, clubhouse, tennis courts, basket ball courts.You can use the kitchen but you need to clean your dishes right after you use them.You can buy your own groceries and keep them in refrigerator.Water and electricity are NOT included. It will be shared among roommates.
