I have a spacious room available for rent in my apartment located very close to Sunnyvale Downtown on Mathilda.
- It has a very convenient access ( 5-10 mins walk) to all public transports like CalTrain, bus stops on El Camino and Sunnyvale Downtown.
- Sunnyvale library and 4 major banks located right across the street.
- Indian grocery and major convenient stores like Target, Safeway, Ross, Sprouts etc at about 5-10 mins walking distance.
- The house is furnished with
- dining table, study table, microwave and other basic necessities.
- A double bed is also available for use if needed.
- The apartment will have total 2 occupants (including myself).
