Description
Hi there,
I have a single private room available in a 2 bedroom apartment. This is a 4 unit condo which features separate heat and central a/c, kitchens w/ granite c-tops and stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors throughout, newer windows, individual washer and dryers in the basement and separate hot water heaters.
My roommate is moving out by the end of this month to pursue a new job opportunity and I am looking for someone to take her place. I am occupying one room and the second room will be yours! This unit is located in a very convenient location(Irving park area), just a few blocks from the Addison blue line and a 20 minute commute to downtown....lots of grocery stores near by and good restaurants too! Please reach out incase you have any questions and if you are interested, I can also send you a video of how this place looks!
