Description
I have a one bedroom apartment in Downtown Los Angeles. I am looking for someone to take over the living room space. The apartment is very spacious and the living room already has a single bed. You can use the existing furniture or furnish it as you like. You can also put up partitions for privacy if needed. The kitchen and bathroom are large with all appliances and utensils needed. We have a lovely patio with a view to donwtown skyscrapers. The building also has a rooftop pool, gym, hot tub, tennis court, etc. It is a great resort community, 5 min walk to 7th and Metro station and target. I also have a parking spot available for now. I am 26 yr old designer working in downtown and I am looking for a friendly and easy going female roommate (working professional or student). If you are interested in signing a longer lease (1yr), the rent would be cheaper.
