Hello,
I'm looking for a Female Roommate to share a 2-BR 2-Bath Apartment. It's a huge apartment,
the living area and kitchen are already furnished and very spacious.
You will have your own private room with a private bath. We have centralized AC and in-house laundry available.
The apartment is located in a very safe, gated and beautiful community minutes away from all the major grocery stores.
It's equipped with security code system to enter the building.
The apartment is in an upscale neighborhood near La Costa, San Elijo Hills, Carlsbad, plenty of restaurants,
shopping places and 10 mins drive away from CSUSM.I'm friendly, hygienic and easy-going, looking for someone who is
similar in nature. If interested please email me by telling a little about yourself.
Background and credit check is required by the leasing office.
