This is a vacancy in a 2 bedroom flat. My current flatmate is leaving the UK and this would be a replacement for her room. There are no agents involved and hence there is no agency fees. The deposit is 1 month's rent. Looking for a clean, tidy, friendly female flatmate in a full time job.
The room is bright and cozy, it comes fully furnished. It has a nice view of a garden in the backyard. There is a large shared fully furnished living room with comfy couches, dining table and a TV. The kitchen also has a good storage and cooking space and comes with a microwave, fridge/freezer, gas stove etc.
Location: The flat located in zone 2, it is close to Kilburn high road, Queenspark and West Hamsptead, 3 Supermarkets (Sainsbury's, M&S Food, Aldi and Iceland) located withing five minutes of walking distance. The area is very nice with little cafe's and pubs nearby. There's a farmer's market in Queenspark and West Hampstead on the weekends. There are also really nice yoga studios nearby. Jubilee line, Bakerloo Line and Overground are located nearby.
