Hey everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease in Tindeco Wharf apartments, in Canton, from August 1st (Flexible move-in date, after that date). This Loft Apartment is located at the prime location of Canton waterside with the Canton Park being a few minutes away by walk.
The rent total for the room is $1,195/month with the option of garage/outdoor parking. The room you would be moving into is extremely spacious and has a skylight!

Another added bonus for the apartments is the Zipcar parking in front of the building, which I use regularly.
