Description
Hello,
I have leased a new townhome (move in date - 3 July 2020), and one of the bedrooms is available for rent (shown in the pictures attached with the ad).
The townhouse is approx. 1184 sq.ft (has 2 levels), with 1.5 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. It has inbuilt laundry washer and drier, and also patio garden.
The townhouse community (Dreshertowne Townhomes) is the best in the area, and has swimming pool, gym and rec center facilities.
Note
: If you want to share your room with another additional person, you're welcome to.
