Looking for a roommate for 3BR and 2Bath apartment (1312 sq ft). My other roommate and I have signed a lease and we are looking for a 3rd roommate. The bathroom would be shared.
Earliest moving date is July 15th, 2020.
Monthly rent will be $800. (including utilities, such as electricity, Wi-Fi, gas, water and trash disposal).
Security Deposit: one-month rent.
