The house is on the ground floor so super easy to move stuff.
You will be sharing the house with 2 other roommates who are clean and super helpful with whatever you need!
Utilities up to 100USD are included in rent, anything higher will be split between 3 roommates ( only goes high during summer due to AC and comes up to 20-30USD extra max)
Furniture:
I am happy to keep the furniture as is will charge a reasonable price.
You literally just need to walk in with a suitcase!
Dishwasher available!! Also, super sweet landlady right downstairs who proactively helps out with anything needed ( never needed too many fixes in the 3 years I have lived here)
