Description
Hello,
This is a 2 BHK in the tyvola center apartments. My friend is leaving back to India, hence 1 bedroom with attached bathroom will be free from the first week of Dec 2020. This community is a good place to stay, pretty near to walmart, costco, gas stations, tennis courts, reniassance park, etc. There is a bus stop just outside the community if you need it.
We cook most of the days at home, play tennis in the evenings. The rent is $1209. Adding the utilities like water, etc it could be $1240 or so. So it turns up around $610 to $620 if 2 of us stay.
It's a pleasant place to stay, especially during this pandemic time. The community has many Indian families staying here.
Please let me know if you would be interested to move in here.
Regards,
Shyam
