Description
Hi All,
We have a common room and a master room for rent @ 880 and 1250 from June 1st ( move in date is flexible ) in a 3 bedroom, condo ( the quartz , block 63) near Buangkok MRT. We are Indians hence prefer Indian flat mates preferably vegetarian.
Room is very bright, well maintained with wooden flooring. It has glass windows in one side, hence its very bright and windy.
Place is also very convenient to MRT-
It’s just 4 minutes to the Buangkok MRT.
There is an Indian store with in the condo unit with fresh vegetables and staple food open until 11:00 pm .
4 mins to FairPrice and restaurants.
Sengkang mall is just 10 mins away from the flat.
The flat has a balcony and nice sit out .
Very calm and serene place to live with a lot of sit out area in the condo.
Pm me for a virtual tour. House is well maintained and always kept clean. We clean the house everyday then and there after cooking .
