I own the dressing table, Almira, all utensils, gas stove, gas cylinder, kitchen accessories, containers, fridge and water purifier. A single bed is available for the flatmate. Falt contains one single-seater sofa, one table where utensils are kept. The bed has a storage compartment. Geyser is available. Wifi is available. A small balcony is there as well. The kitchen is bigger than normal places. Require a roommate who doesn't have a lot of stuff, but can share all my appliances, utensils, gas stove and space. Rent includes above furnishings, electricity bill and wifi. If a roommate cooks her own food, she must buy her own food raw materials and then we can divide the gas cylinder costs. Occasional smoking and drinking is fine.
