Hi, I have a private bedroom available in a new 2 BHK apartment. The apartment is semi-furnished with carpet flooring, fully furnished kitchen, unfurnished rooms and washrooms (only lights are there). It will be similar to this virtual tour: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=nYjnyqN5b2X&dh=0

The apartment is located in beautiful, gated, and non-smoking community, The Meadows Apartment Homes.
It is located in Culver City with 1 minute walk to Fox Hills Park, 5 minutes walk to Westfield Culver City Mall, and the bus connectivity is pretty good as well. For the parking, community has the dedicated guest parking spot in a gated space. Here is the community address for reference: 6300 Green Valley Circle, Culver City, CA 90230.

About me, I am a working professional in IT industry and UC Irvine graduate. I enjoy conversations about rock music, sports, stand-up comedy, etc. I am an easy going guy, and generally mind my own business. The rent would be around 1800$ including internet + utilities.
