Description
I am looking to sublease my spot in a shared room in a 2b2b apartment at 869 W 23rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90007. It is close by to The University of Southern California. Also its within the DPS Boundary(continuously monitored by the Department of Public Safety) which also makes it pretty safe.
The room size if pretty large, with a bed, table, table lamp, chair and a walk-in closet. All this, FOR JUST $400/month that too in Los Angeles and also pretty close to Downtown LA. The reason I'm subleasing is because I will be traveling to the Bay Area for my summer internship. The roommates are great people to hang out with the perfect mix of fun and studies.
