Description
Hey there,
I'm looking for a roommate in a 2b2b apartment at Crescent Village Apartments, San Jose, CA. Monthly rent is $3735 so your share will be half of that. This is a split bedroom floor plan(the rooms are separated by the living room) and is a very spacious unit. You will have your private bath and a walk-in closet. This apartment is equipped with:
Oven
Dishwasher
Laundry
Refrigerator
Microwave Oven

Your room will be the one showed first.
This is a beautiful community by Irvine Company Apartments between Montague Expressway and Zanker Road. It has a great location with many stores within a 3 mile radius!
I am looking for a roommate(preferably male) to move-in in the first week of June. I am happy to set up a virtual or in-person tour if you're interested.
Thanks,
Raaghvam Nigam
