Looking for a 1 BHK flat or a single room in a larger apartment with a private bathroom near Grab office, in One North/Queenstown. Also, need the flexibility to do cooking.

Harbourfront
East Coast
Bukit Timah
Holland Village
Orchard
Robertson Quay
One North
Queenstown
Also, any of the other areas near the Circle line are okay as well. Open to co-living spaces also.

My budget is less than 2000 SGD and am planning to shift alone. Can go a little higher in my budget based on how good the locality and apartment is. Looking for a contract of between 3 to 6 months to begin with, but will extend it, if required.
