Description
Vegetarian roommate in New Rochelle,NY.
Hi, I am subletting my room in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The other room is shared by an Indian man who is vegetarian and hence would prefer if the roommate is vegetarian. The room is furnished with bed and mattress, TV and TV unit and a standing desk. The rent is 1500$ including utilities (parking extra). The place is 3 min walk from New Rochelle metro station (30 min train ride to Times square and 25 min train ride to Greenwich metro station). The apartment is available to lease from July, 5th 2023. The application would be through the management and no payments to be done to me personally or my roommate. (Indian roommates are preferred).
