One Private room available in 4 bedroom house . We are a family of 4, 2 kids 2 adults from North India-Punjab. We are looking to rent one of our bedroom to a girl preferably indian from november 1st.Kitchen is shared with us. Bathroom is shared for now as our mom staying with us. Utilities included in rent. The main intersection is Banwell road and EC Row Expressway. The location is close to tecumseh mall.
Its a separate room in the house not the basement. The room include twin bed with mattress and a big chest.
Minimum six month stay and first and last month rent required
