* Amenities: Modern kitchen, in-unit laundry, parking, a cozy living room and a family room with huge backyard.
* Features: Close to public transportation, walkabke distance to indian grocery stores, parks, shopping centers, and excellent dining options
About Me:
I'm a working IT professional for a financial sector. In my free time I love dancing, travelling, watching netflix, trying new food places and enjoys a balance of social and quiet time. I'm friendly, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. Looking for roommates who share similar interests.
What I’m Looking For in Roommates:
* Responsible and reliable individuals
* Clean and respectful of communal areas
* Preferably professionals
* Good Credit of 680 or higher
* Provide proof of income to the management property
Rent and Lease Details:
* Monthly Rent for 1st bedroom: $1200 ( including rent and trash republic services) + utilities ( includes PGE, Water , Wifi)
* Monthly Rent for 2nd bedroom: $1100 ( including rent and trash republic services) + utilities
* Monthly Rent for Master bedroom (me): $1400 ( including rent and trash republic services) + utilities
* Lease Term: until Feb 2025.
* Utilities: Split evenly among all roommates
* Move-in Date: 1st June 06/01/2024
