*Urgently Looking for a Female Roommate– Immediate move in- Private Room Available-2-bed, 1-bath apartment in Quincy, MA.*

I’m seeking a female roommate to share a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment. The private room is available for immediate move in. Rent is $978/month, excluding utilities (typically between $60 to $100, depending on the season). Parking is available for an additional $15/month. Coin laundry is available in the basement.

The apartment is conveniently located near bus routes 211, 215, and 217, with a walking distance of 3 to 10 minutes. Wollaston station is nearby, along with grocery stores like Stop & Shop, BJ's, and plenty of great restaurants.

Requirements:

Renter’s application form, recent paystub, and credit report (as required by the landlord)
No pets, parties, drinking, or smoking allowed. I am an existing tenant, and the apartment has a peaceful and friendly atmosphere.
