Hi I’m looking for a nice, cool female roommate for my shared one bedroom condo in Beltsville, Maryland. The place will have a shared dining, living, kitchen, bathroom and a small bedroom alike room with curtains all around it. The bedroom is occupied by the owner. Only the secondary bedroom will be shared. Place is well furnished. Parking is free. Rent is 500$ monthly and absolutely NO other charges. Contract is for 6 months but with a possibility of extension!
