Living room & kitchen are fully furnished
Apartment is in great, clean condition with beautiful downtown views
No pets

You’ll be sharing with an Indian male, clean, respectful, and easy-going

Has his own private bedroom and bathroom (2B2B layout)
He will be moving out in March when the lease ends, but you will have the option to extend the lease beyond that if you want

Two large closets/wardrobes
Option to buy my queen bed frame + queen mattress
Room and bathroom will be thoroughly cleaned before move-in
💰 Rent + Utilities:
