Description
Flatmate wanted for a premium condo with breathtaking lake views
I am looking for a flatmate who is either studying or working and would appreciate a clean, peaceful, and comfortable home. I work remotely from my condo and am friendly, understanding, respectful, and accommodating. I value cleanliness and privacy a lot, so I am hoping to find someone who feels the same.
Why this place stands out:
Located above the 50th floor with stunning views of Lake Toronto
Beautiful sunrise views right from the condo
Premium condo with a peaceful and upscale atmosphere
High-end gym
Large shared co-working space for 100+ members
Meeting rooms and theatre
Highly secure building with restricted access
Separate buzzer code provided for condo access
Just 8 minutes from Yonge and Dundas
1 minute to the streetcar
Starbucks and Tim Hortons just a few steps away
This would be ideal for a student or working professional looking for a warm, respectful, and well-maintained living space in a prime location.
Message me if interested.
