Hey everyone! I'm looking to transfer my lease for a 1 bed, 1 bath in a 2B/2B apartment Crescent Village in North San Jose since I'm relocating for work. Rent is $1940 + utilities (~$150-200/person). I'm looking for someone to take over the lease by August 1st 2026.
My roommate is a 27yr old male who works at Amazon, cooks non vegetarian food and doesn't smoke / drink.
The apartment's got great amenities - gym, pool, clubhouse, park, and tons of food options nearby.
