Looking for someone (female) to take over the lease for a room in a beautiful 2bd 2ba unit in Arlington Heights. The apartment complex - Central Park East is located in the NW Chicago Suburbs and is the perfect location just minutes away from the Metra Station. It’s also super close to grocery stores and the Arlington Heights Downtown area with tons of restaurants/bars. In-unit washer and dryer, lots of storage, private bathroom. You’d be sharing the apartment with me (I work from home) but you’d have your own bathroom. I am super clean, considerate, and respectful. My roommate is moving for work so the unit will be available starting July 1st. Please hmu if interested! PS. She is open to selling her furniture as well so the room can be fully furnished!
