Apologies in advance as this is a single occupancy let only on a part time basis and the rent reflect the same. thanks**Spacious studio space (converted outbuilding separate from the main building) nearly 36 meter squares in area with brand new en-suite available for rent from mid-July 2022. This has been used by someone who works night shift in a near-by 24 * 7 store and is a quiet and peaceful place to come back and rest after work during the day. Also suitable for someone who is working in the area only during part of the week, e. g. Monday-Friday..Water and electricity(has separate meter) bill is not included in the monthly rent, Wi-fi connection will have to be arranged by the guest. Off-street parking space available and the place is under 5 min walk from train station.
