Temporary shared apartment in Seebach from August 1st for woman only.Rent per month 1100 CHF excluding utilities (~50 chf per month including wifi, electricity and water). Plus Nine one - Seven three four zero double seven two seven four six. We are looking for 1 flatmate, ideally another woman pursuing a PhD. As our new flatmate you’llbe taking one bedroom, and sharing the apartment with Pam (28F, PhD student at UZH). The bedroom is furnished with one bed, one work table and two wardrobes.The flat has a fully furnished living space, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, and dining areaequipped with all the essentials. We have one bathroom with a washer and a tumbler forprivate usage. We also have a designated storage unit in the apartment keller. There's floor heating for the cold months.The locality is family friendly, with the nearest bus stop (Bus 768) 3 minutes and tram station(Tram 10 and 14) 8 minutes away by walk. Bus 768 connects us directly to Oerlikon train station(6 mins) and the Airport (10 mins). Grocery stores (Coop pronto, Migros, Denner) are also withinwalking distance (10 mins).Please contact us if interested, and we can arrange for a visit. The initial contract will be of 6months with a possibility of extension up to a year.
