Hello, I’m Siddharth 25 year straight male, masters student will be coming to London this September on 6th. I have an education loan which covers my accommodation and bills. I don’t have pets, a non drinker and non smoker, won’t mind if the tenants with whom I’m accommodating are one. My routine will mostly involve me going to the university, part time job or at the gym otherwise in the room chilling. I have a monthly rental budget of maximum £700. I’m looking for a place to stay while im pursuing masters at London metropolitan university. Need a cozy place with basic amities, WiFi and cupboard for storage of my belongings.I assure you to be a responsible tenant and respectful with others.
