Master bedroom for immediate move-in(Utilities included), next to UMD (College Park)I'm looking for a female housemate(s) to occupy the master bedroom of a 2bed1bath apartment in Graduate Hills. Floormap can be found at http://www.graduatehills.com/. The room is available for immediate move-in. If one person occupies the room, the rent will be $700 and if two people occupy it, then the rent will $380 each (rent is inclusive of utilities). If two people contact me separately for sharing the room, I'll be happy to put them in touch..The community is at a walking distance from UMD campus with frequent shuttle service and nite rides available. The UMD shuttle stop is right outside the building. The place is well connected by metro. PG Plaza, college park downtown, patels, beltway plaza are all reachable by bus and shuttle.
