3 miles from the UMD campus and one block to both Shuttle-UM, WMATA buses and Montgomery county Ride-on buses. For UMD students/employees, Powder Mill Village shuttle comes to the bus stop every 30 minutes.
Current residents are graduate students at UMD. I also have a queen size MALM bed (ikea), Sultan Favang mattress, a chest of drawers, two tables, dustbins, pillows, some lights and lamps and so on which I might sell in case you are interested. Lastly, we would prefer to rent the room out to a single person but we might consider allowing 2 people to share the room.
