Bed Room Available In A 2BHK APT (Opposite To Cox COmmunications Office Near To Costco).1 Bedroom available for rent in a 2 Bedroom apt (house rent alone is 700 dollars). The utilities and other grocery will be shared each month. The apt has the washer and dryer inside so don't have to use the common facility. Room has bed and the necessary furnishing. The apartment owner has a pool table and table tennis table in the garage. The renters should be No smokers and no alcohol is allowed in the apartment. The place should be kept clean and should be maintained well and when the person is leaving the lease all the facilities should be as is when the person started the lease.
