1) Complete room is available for 450$ and (2) if the person wants to take the room on shared basis the rent would be 250$.

The room also has a beautiful table/chair set and also houses an independent closet. There is a seperate rack also availble for keeping clothes.
The complete house is fully furnished with 4 sofas, 2 study tables, one king size sofa cum bed, microwave and has all the facilities that can be possible....
Gas is free and electricity,water and internet and the utilities which are to be paid extra and since this would be shared by 3 more persons it would not be more the 50 $ per head.
The room is very conviniently located and is just two mins away from 2 bus stops (Westway and Regents Drive) which are serviced both by the UMCP shuttle and the Metro Bus.
