Ensuite room for rent .We are a small family, looking for a tenant (preferred students) to share the ensuite double-bedroom on the ground floor, Utilities and wireless broadband access are included in the rent. The rent is £520 pcm. Easy access to town, University, Hospital, Research Park etc. Surrey University and hospital are within walking distance.The tenant can do light cooking in the kitchen like cooking instant/soup noodles/rice, or use the microwave, fridge and washing machine.This is a family home - no drugs, no excessive alcohol and no casual visitors (visitors are allowed on request).
