Ideal for professionals working in downtown/ Medical Center.
LOCATION: The apartment is ideally located near the Texas Medical Center/Reliant Park in the heart of Houston. Its pretty nearer (10-15mins drive) to all commercial hot spots such as Downtown Houston, the Galleria, and the Medical Center. It is also minutes away from the University of Houston, the Rice University, and on the route of all the Medical Center bound shuttle services. The Metro Rail station is located opposite to the apartment.
AMENITIES: Wireless Internet/In-house Laundary/3 peaceful patios overseeing nice landscape views. In addition the apartment community has a Gym/ swimming pool and a Tennis Court for FREE.
SETUP: Please note that it’s a SHARED accommodation- 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. EACH BEDROOM WILL BE SHARED BY 2 PEOPLE. Bedroom-1 and Bedroom-2 are upstairs and each has one full attached bathroom. Bedroom-3 is downstairs and has its full bathroom outside in the hall. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Each bedroom has has a big closet.
COOKING: We have been taking cooking turns whereby we cook 1 time/week, however, that''s mutual understanding. If you decide to bring your own grocery and cook by yourself, that''s fine.

LEASE: No lease signing required. All I want from you is 1 month commitment and a 1 week notification before you leave. I''m responsible to arrange for roommates, sign lease, pay bills, etc.
