The house has ground floor which is occupied by my family. The lower ground floor is fully furnished, carpeted with dehumidifier/ air purifier and heater. It is is occupied by female Indian students, it has 3 bedrooms, dining area and living area.The rent for the bigger bedroom is $300 and Utilities are included - (heat, water, gas, electricity, sewer, trash service and internet) per month, the smaller bedroom is $250. The bed rooms have a bed, closet, study table and chair. There is a common washer, dryer, refrigerator, electric stove and microwave for the tenants to use.
