Hi, I'm a 3rd year female PhD student at UMKC. I'm looking for a female apt-mate only who is clean, promt with payments and have NO criminal records. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment ($550/mo) on 46th Harrison Street, KCMO. One bedroom is avaiable right now. It has one big (11'x12') & one small (10'x8') bedroom. Small bedroom is available for $250/mo (I don't use the living room so, you can use it as your own). Water, hot water & trash is paid by the landlord. All utilities will be split into half, which includes - Internet, Electricity & Gas. All hardwood floors, window A.C., central-heating, free parking, on-site coin operated laundry, pets allowed with one time pet deposit, 5 min walking distance from grocery stores, 10 min walking distance from UMKC and 2 min walk from bus-stop.
