The condo community has a pool and a gym and we do have a garage if you like to rent that. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and there is a firplace in the living room. There is central AC, and a washer/dryer in the condo. The rent would be $800 plus 1/2 utilities/month and a fully refundable $400 security deposit.
