I have a one BHK apartment with all basic amenities(including microwave, dishwasher, refrigeratoor, cooking range, heating and cooling units in each room, 24 hrs hot water, fire and CO alarms, laundry rooms,tennis courts, swimming pools and a gym) in a safe and residential apartment complex (Whitney apartments) in Claymont, close to major stores and on the DART bus route. It is centrally located on Namaans Road off of Routes I-95 and 202 with quick and easy access to I-495 as well. Regarding my apartment sharing plan, I will use the bedroom and you will have a store room (to keep all your stuff) and the living room for your use. I also have a big comfortable couch in the liuving room and a few blankets that you can use. I respect the fact that everybody needs some privacy and I will make sure that you get that. I do not cook much but I do have all the utensils if you want to. We will divide all the fixed expenses (house rent, electricity, and internet). During summer, the average per head expense should be around $500-550 and it will go up quite a bit (maybe by around $100 more) in winters because the electricity bill goes up. Note: I am an Indian Male.
