Nicest part of Newark On the border of South Orange near Seton Hall U and 4 blocks away from VA Hospital. 8 blocks away from east orange hospital. All buses at the end of the block. 5 minute bus ride to Manhattan-bound train.
Our single-family house is on a safe and quiet one-way street. 15 minute walk to Seton Hall University campus and 5 blocks away right over the border from South Orange in Vailsburg in a safe and diverse middle/working-class street. Bathrooms and kitchen, and Washer/Dryer are shared. sweeping of dining/kitchen is shared equally among us. Must be Tidy.">
