This describes the room for rent. The room is 10'' x 11'' which is a good size spare bedroom. There is plenty of closet space, completely furnished including, high speed internet. The bed is a Full size, complete with Fresh Linen. You will also have a semi-private entrance. Bathroom will be shared with one other person, We are very clean and the bathroom MUST be kept that way, you should leave it like you found it. The room is clean and ready to occupy, however I am not so particular with how clean you keep it as long as there are no bad odors, and if it is messy, you must keep the door closed. The rent is $450.00 a month, this includes Utilities, use of Washer & Drier, Kitchen privileges, there is plenty of street parking in front of the house.
The house is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood, with a new park just a block away. Where I am located, it only takes me about 20 mins. to drive to McCarran Airport. ( I also have a treadmill you may use. )
Now a little about myself, I have almost always had someone renting my spare bedroom. I am retired from Verizon Communications in CA., and, have lived in Vegas for 15 yrs. now. I am an opened minded Caucasian, who is a God fearing Christian, however I do not press the issue. I like having good times but no loud parties. I will respect your privacy, and expect the same. I will do my best to always make you feel welcome, after all it will be your home too. Please only serious renters, with steady income need reply.
