I am renting a room in my condo that is located in Winter Park - 5 MINUTES FROM FULL SAIL & VALENCIA C.C. - in a gated community. That has an Olympic size 12 feet deep pool with Jacuzzi. Also have a nice gym and a sanded volley ball court area. The condo is fully furnished with leather couches, huge tv WITH entertainment surround sound center, new washer & dryer, new appliances in kitchen that the renter is more than free to use at any time of day and night. The condo is nice and ALWAYS CLEAN AND SMELLING VERY GOOD….
The room is going for $585 and is aprox 12x4 with a decent regular size closet. There is a small twin size bed with a small dresser. It can be used if liked. The renter will be using his own bathroom that is in the hallway. I have my own bathroom in my master bedroom.
THE RENT WILL BE ON A MONTH-2-MONTH - NO DEPOSIT NEEDED
I HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET / THAT IS INCLUDED IN RENT. But unfortunately I have no cable at this time.
ALL POWER AND UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN RENT!
I am a 25 yr old guy. IN THE GRAPHIC DESIGNING FREELANCING FIELD. That is a Christian. Humble, nice, kind hearted, quiet, responsible and very respectful. Also very laid back type of guy, very cool people to hang with. I am very clean. But not an organize freak. But I am clean and do keep up after myself. I am most of the time not home, usually out working at church, or doing errands for people.
I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY RESPONSIBLE, PREFERABLY A GUY, but very lenient. Has to be 18 and or OLDER! VERY MATURE IN THEIR PERSONALITY!! PERSON HAS TO BE CLEAN AND KNOWS HOW TO KEEP UP AFTER THEM SELFS. Somebody quiet. Who doesn’t smoke nor drink and MOST IMPORTANTLY DOES NOT DO DRUGS!!! AND DOES NOT BRING ANY BAD INFLUENCES INTO THE HOUSE OR ROOOOMMMM.
