Hi I am a 27 yo F medical professional at Rosalind Franklin University looking for a female roommate to share my 2 bed&2 bath apt. Rent is 600 per month it includes garbage, sewage, internet, heat and water charges and FREE PARKING. No need to sign a lease so its great for med students or IT professionals. The apartment is newly renovated and partially furnished for now. I just moved in so I am in the process of fully furnishing it . We would split the electric bill which is around 20 dollars a month per person. We have central and heat AC which is great. You will have your own, bedroom, and bathroom and parking is included too. Ideally I am looking for someone that is mature, quiet, neat and clean. In the past all my roommates have been med students or pharm students or IT professionals. Very close to Rosalind Franklin University and Gurnee. The kitchen is fully furnished and has everything you need. Ideally you bring your things and bed room furniture. Apartment is close to Offices like Abbott,Abbvie,WMS Gaming,Comcast,Yaskawa,Mabis Healthcare,Cardinal Health. Vista Medical Center East ,Lake Forest Hospital, Advocate Condell Medical Center, Midwestern Region Med Center.
