I have a wifi which will be free to use, only if there is no heavy downloading. The house is close to the Manchester city centre about 10/15 minutes walk to the city centre. Its well connected to the city centre by various bus routeslike 135,86,89,82 etc. The victoria train and tram station as well assalford & tram station are within walking distance. This area is very safe and suitable for both professional as well as students. There are big shopping malls including Asda, 24 hours Tesco within walking distance.
