I am a private landlord - the room available is a double room, located in one of my houses in Southwark Close, Stevenage. Please note the cost of rental is 600 for a couple sharing the room, for single occupancy the cost of rental is 350.00 per calendar month.We pay all the bills, including council tax, utilities and TV licence.Unlimited high speed internet is available.We also fully maintain the house and private garden. There is a large kitchen/diner with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc...The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
