Room has a private entrance from the back. Parking available in the driveway or parking spots in the complex.
Its close to the intersection of Davis Drive and Morrisville Carpenter Road. Only few miles away from the Airport, 540, 54, I-40, library, RTP and the shopping area.

You will be sharing the house with me. As far as you use things responsibly you will access to all electronics in the living room. I don''t need a lease but rent at the start of the month. You can decide to leave whenever/if you want to.
