right now, i am a tenant in 1bhk flat which is very spacious, with kitchen , dining hall.at present 2 ppl are staying and my other room mate is planning to vacate in 1 month, we could share the room by living 3 ppl. once the roommate vacates its upto your choice if you want to add another room mate or just 2 of us stay. but the flat is spacious enough to accommodate 3 ppl easily. the rent is 850 $, right now each one is paying 425 $ if the 3rd person joins then individual amounnt would be 284$. the electric and internet are excluded. the electricity bill would come not more than 50$ and internet is 40$ which will be share equally among the members. there is centralized heating system and also AC in bedroom. the tenant is free to chose to stay in bedroom or hall. the hall is quite spacious. looking for like minded bachelor to share the room, smoke and drink is indivual concent and no issue. you can hit me
