I have a room , looking for anybody willing to share. Its a 2bed house with 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom ensuite), a big lounge , kitchen area (with 2 microwaves and hobs, and the usual whote goods- washer, dryer, dishwasher etc), with a nice balcony with an amazing view. The flat is excellently furnished, has TV (with sky), wi-fi broadband, and is absolutely ready to move-in The apartment has a gym and pool (which is free to use), and also has secured underground prking. The apartment is adjacent to the bus station, so commuting anywhere isnt any problem at all. The rent is £650 to be shared by two. Depending on which room you would like to take (ensuite or otherwise) and whether you need parking , the rent may vary from £275-£375. Rents negotiable Is an excellent deal. I am looking for an Indian person to share, preferable a professional.
