I am a female with a 6 yr old son, seeking to rent a private room, preferably with other female tenants or a family. I am married; husband found a job on CA and therefore we are moving from our big apartment. I will be attending NIU and working there part-time. My son will be at school till 6 pm. So we will not be spending a lot of time in the room, except for weekends. I do not drink or smoke nor have guests that come over. I do not have a pet. I am looking for a safe, clean and healthy environment to live near NIU, Dekalb, Il.
